Quick Chicken Kabab

This is a yummy Quick and Ezee Recipe which u can do in few mins when ever u have crave for kabob or made for Sudden Guests....

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time:25 minutes
Total time: Max 40 minutes
Yield: 10-11 pieces

Ingredients

  •  2 lbs boneless Chicken breast, diced in small pcs
  • 1 Egg
  •  1 Medium red onion
  •  2 clove of Garlic
  •  1 inch Ginger

  •  1 tea spoon Coriander seed

  •  1/2 inch Cinnamon stick

  •  5-6 Cloves
  • 5-6  Whole Black pepper  

  •  1/2 tea spoon Nutmeg powder

  •  1 tea spoon Kewra water
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chili powder 1/2
  • 2 sliced white bread
  • White Oil to grease the baking tray and spry on Kababs .
Cooking Direction
  1.  Dry roast the spices(coriander,Cinamon,clove,whole black pepper) grind them in grinder and keep aside.

  2.  Put the diced chicken peaces, onion, garlic and ginger in the food processor and chop it roughly ,for about a minute.

  3.  Beat the egg and add it to the chicken mixture.

  4.  Add the pieces of bread and mix well.

  5.  Add the ground spices,salt,chili powder, nutmeg powder and kewra water, mix thoroughly.

  6.  Now make lemon sized balls of the mixture, flatten them and place them closely in a well greased baking tray.

  7.  Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until clear juice runs out from the kebabs.
