Quick Chicken Kabab

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless Chicken breast, diced in small pcs
- 1 Egg
- 1 Medium red onion
- 2 clove of Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tea spoon Coriander seed
- 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
- 5-6 Cloves
- 5-6 Whole Black pepper
- 1/2 tea spoon Nutmeg powder
- 1 tea spoon Kewra water
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili powder 1/2
- 2 sliced white bread
- White Oil to grease the baking tray and spry on Kababs .
- Dry roast the spices(coriander,Cinamon,clove,whole black pepper) grind them in grinder and keep aside.
- Put the diced chicken peaces, onion, garlic and ginger in the food processor and chop it roughly ,for about a minute.
- Beat the egg and add it to the chicken mixture.
- Add the pieces of bread and mix well.
- Add the ground spices,salt,chili powder, nutmeg powder and kewra water, mix thoroughly.
- Now make lemon sized balls of the mixture, flatten them and place them closely in a well greased baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until clear juice runs out from the kebabs.
